Refunds We want you to love your Trellamar purchase. ✨ Because many of our pieces are individually produced and carefully prepared, please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or other personal preference reasons. Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, dimensions, colors, and processing times before completing your purchase.

3D-Printed Items Our 3D-printed purses are individually produced and may feature subtle layer lines or minor variations that naturally occur during the 3D-printing process. These characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects .

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include: Your name and order number A description of the issue Clear photos of the item Photos of the original packaging, if applicable Once we review your request, we’ll contact you regarding the available resolution. Please do not return an item without first contacting Trellamar.

Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or production has started. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by Trellamar.

Color & Appearance We make every effort to accurately represent our products online. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings. Minor color differences are not considered defects.
