1. General These Terms & Conditions apply to visitors, customers, and anyone who uses the Trellamar website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

2. Products Trellamar offers products including 3D-printed purses, jewelry, accessories, and other items that may be introduced from time to time. We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and photographs. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual devices.

3. 3D-Printed Products Our 3D-printed products are individually produced and may contain subtle layer lines, texture differences, or minor variations resulting from the 3D-printing process. These natural characteristics do not necessarily indicate damage or a manufacturing defect. Because our pieces may be produced individually, slight differences between products may occur.

4. Orders By placing an order with Trellamar, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or incorrect information. If Trellamar cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable payment will be refunded.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

6. Processing & Production Some Trellamar products, particularly our 3D-printed purses, may be made to order or require additional production time. Estimated processing times will be provided on applicable product listings. Processing time is separate from shipping and carrier delivery time. Production and processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Trellamar is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Refunds & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to Trellamar within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier. Minor variations associated with the 3D-printing process, including subtle layer lines, are not considered defects. Please review our complete

Cancellations Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or production has started. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

0. Product Care Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions. Trellamar products should be protected from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, and conditions that may damage the product. In particular, we do not recommend leaving 3D-printed products inside a hot vehicle. Damage caused by improper use, storage, care, modification, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, Trellamar branding, logos, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Trellamar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
